What to see and do
Situated within easy reach of world-class wineries, restaurants, popular swimming and surfing beaches, caves, bushwalking trails and a whole range of local arts and craft galleries, Tanglewood is ideally positioned to explore the surrounding area.
It is five minutes by car to Margaret River town, to the beaches at Prevelly, Gnarabup (safe bathing), Surfer’s Point and Rivermouth or many other idyllic places.
For the energetic, the local Golf Club (18 grass greens) is a stone's throw away. There is also easy access to all the bike or walk trails which wind through the local bush or which follow the coastline, providing magnificent views of the surrounding areas.
The Visitor’s Centre (margaretriverwa.com) in the heart of Margaret River town is worth visiting to obtain information about all the varied attractions in the region.
From Margaret River town, take Wallcliffe Road west to Caves Rd (about 4.5 km).
Turn right into Caves Rd, heading north.
Rangnow Place is the second road on the right, about 0.7 km from the junction of Wallcliffe and Caves roads.
Lot 7 is the first entrance on the right, signposted ‘Tanglewood’.
